Frank Morris was born about 1879 in Nottingham, England. He was working as a Dental Mechanic in Kew, Victoria when he enlisted in the A.I.F on the 13th of February 1917. Frank was allocated service number 18211 and embarked from Melbourne with the June 1917 Reinforcements on the 9th of November 1917.
Frank disembarked at Suez on the 12th of December 1917 and embarked for the U.K on the 18th of December 1917. He disembarked at Southampton on the 5th of January 1918. Frank joined the A.A.M.C details on the 9th of January 1918 and was still in the U.K when the war ended. He returned to Australia on the 22nd of August 1919 and was discharged in the 3rd M.D on the 6th of January 1920.
The British War Medal is Frank’s full medal entitlement. He died on the 3rd of May 1941.
